Welcome to our family-run holiday cottage with 20 beds., Ideally located in Ouzouer-sur-Loire, close to all amenities. Constantly improved and modernized since 2019, our establishment is designed to host your most memorable gatherings: family reunions, birthdays, weekends with friends, sports seminars or family events.

With its 8 comfortable bedrooms and 20 beds, Our gîte offers the necessary space for everyone to find their place. You have access to a 20m² fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals in a convivial atmosphere: two refrigerators, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even raclette and fondue sets for 20 people.
The living spaces have been designed to encourage shared moments while allowing everyone to find their own quiet corner. Two lounges equipped with TVs, a Bonzini foosball table, a dartboard, and an enclosed garden with a large barbecue complete the facilities to guarantee memorable moments for all your guests.
Modern comfort and up-to-date equipment
Our gîte has undergone significant recent improvements: newly refurbished bedrooms, fully renovated bathrooms, and modern sanitary facilities. You will also benefit from the fiber optic to stay connected, with a ground-floor accessible bedroom, and a dedicated smoking area overlooking the garden.
THE private parking It can accommodate 5 to 7 vehicles, which simplifies the arrival of your guests.
